As part of consultations towards the
forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Badagry Chamber of Commerce,
Director-General Emmanuel Essien paid a courtesy visit to His Royal Majesty,
Aholu Saheed Sedonu Adamson, The Aholu of Ajido Kingdom, Badagry.
His Royal Majesty expressed his joy at the significant strides the Chamber is making and promised to support the laudable efforts of President Alhaji Fatai Adegboyega Shokunbi. He highlighted some top organizations in the Oil and Gas industry that he intends to attract as members of the Chamber, which would contribute to the overall well-being of the Badagry communities.
Additionally, His Royal Majesty pledged financial contributions towards the AGM, reinforcing his commitment to the Chamber's success. The discussions also delved into the annual Ajido Zangbeto Festival, exploring how the community can partner with the Chamber to enhance the festival, attract foreign tourists, and tap into its economic potentials.
The Director-General expressed his gratitude to His Royal Majesty for his hospitality and support, marking this visit as a significant step towards strengthening the relationship between the Chamber and the Ajido Kingdom, paving the way for future collaborations and community development.
