In Furtherance to the MoU signing between the Badagry Chamber of Commerce, Industry Mines and Agriculture (BACCIMA) and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Benin (CCI Benin) on the 6th July 2023 at the ECOWAS building at Seme Border, with the Institutional support of the Federation of West African Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FEWACCI), the Badagry CCIMA has been invited to visit the Republic du Benin Special Economic Zone on Friday the 14th July 2023.
The delegation will be headed by the BACCIMA President/Chairman Executive Council, Alhaji Fatai Adegboyega Shokunbi, accompanied by industrialists in the Badagry region of Lagos State.
Our objective is to facilitate small-scale cross-border trade flows between the Republic du Benin and Nigeria through synergy in governance, institutional capacity building, improved border infrastructures, better data collection and monitoring in furtherance of ECOWAS Protocols (1975/1979/1999) relating to the free movement
of persons, goods, and services which goes in line with the objectives of this trade visit.
The delegates for the trip will be departing from Badagry by 8am on the 14th July 2023 from the BACCIMA office at FAMS Embassy Suites, Badagry.
