BACCIMA President pays courtesy call on Comptroller A Abdullahi

In the company of our President, Alhaji Fatai Adegboyega Shokunbi, we recently paid a courtesy visit to the Comptroller of the Nigeria Immigration Service Seme-Krake Border Command, Comptroller A. Abdullahi. This visit was to express our gratitude for his attendance at our Annual General Meeting and for his unwavering support in transforming the trade landscape of our region.

Despite his demanding schedule, Comptroller Abdullahi has graciously agreed to collaborate with us in our efforts to enhance trade and investment in the area. His commitment is evident as he has placed all BACCIMA requests under special privilege for prompt attention, ensuring that our initiatives receive the necessary support and consideration.

We are also pleased to announce that Comptroller Abdullahi will be attending our upcoming workshop titled "Export under ETLS and AfCFTA." This event is being organized in collaboration with the Alaba International Market, specifically the Electrical and Electronics Section with the Technical Support of the Federation of West African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FEWACCI). His presence will undoubtedly provide valuable insights and further reinforce the importance of our efforts to improve trade practices under the Economic Community of West African States Trade Liberalisation Scheme (ETLS) and the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).

We encourage all members and stakeholders to join us in this significant workshop and take advantage of the opportunities it presents. Follow us for more updates and information on our initiatives and events as we continue to work towards fostering a more robust and efficient trade environment in our region.
