The BACCIMA delegation paid a courtesy visit to the Lagos State Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) at their office located on Idowu Taylor Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. The visit formed part of the Chamber’s ongoing stakeholder engagement efforts aimed at strengthening institutional relationships and fostering strategic collaborations within the business community.
Although LCCI was already familiar with BACCIMA and its activities, the visit provided an opportunity for a formal introduction and deeper engagement. During the meeting, the BACCIMA delegation led by the President, Alhaji Yahaya O. Idris, highlighted the Chamber’s vision, mission, and core objectives, as well as its commitment to promoting trade, investment, and economic development across the region.

A key highlight of the visit was the official notification and invitation extended to LCCI regarding the forthcoming BACCIMA Trade Fair 2026. The delegation provided details of the event, which is scheduled to take place at the Lagos International Trade Fair Complex along Badagry Expressway, Lagos. Emphasis was placed on the significance of the trade fair as a platform for business networking, product exhibition, and economic growth, with expectations of wide participation from local and international stakeholders.
The LCCI team warmly received the delegation and expressed appreciation for the visit. In their response, they reaffirmed their support for BACCIMA’s initiatives and assured the delegation of their willingness to collaborate and provide assistance in areas where needed, particularly in ensuring the success of the upcoming trade fair.
As a mark of goodwill and strengthened partnership, LCCI presented the BACCIMA delegation with an exquisite commemorative plaque, symbolizing mutual respect and the shared commitment to advancing the interests of the business community.

The visit concluded on a positive note with a brief networking session, after which photographs were taken to document the occasion before the delegation’s departure.
