The annual Comptroller General of Customs Conference, held from the 13th to the 15th of December 2023, brought together customs officials, industry experts, and stakeholders from across the globe. The central theme for this year's conference was "Leveraging Data Analytics for Secure and Efficient Trade Facilitation in Customs Operations."

The visit on the 9th of February 2023, aimed at improving the existing cordial relationship between the Nigeria Customs Service and the Badagry Chamber of Commerce Industry Mines and Agriculture (BACCIMA), to strengthen the common goals of improving the business climate in Badagry and to bring about mutual coexistence of stakeholders under an atmosphere of peace and tranquility.
