The Badagry Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (BACCIMA) was honoured to join leaders, stakeholders, and residents at the celebration of Hon. Babatunde Hunpe’s 100 Days in Office as the Executive Chairman of Badagry Local Government.

The event was warm, inspiring, and filled with a renewed sense of hope for the future of Badagry. Hon. Hunpe took time to reflect on his first 100 days—highlighting key achievements, ongoing projects, and his vision for a more prosperous and inclusive Badagry. His passion for community development, youth empowerment, and improved infrastructure was evident, resonating strongly with members of the business community.
For BACCIMA, this celebration was more than a courtesy visit; it was a reaffirmation of the Chamber’s commitment to deepening collaboration with the local government. The Chamber firmly believes that sustainable economic growth is only possible when public and private sector leaders work together toward shared goals.

Representing BACCIMA at the event, the President, Directors, and members commended Hon. Hunpe for the progress recorded within a short time—progress that lays a solid foundation for business growth, SME development, tourism revitalization, and investment attraction across the Badagry corridor.
The event also provided a platform for meaningful interactions with stakeholders from various sectors, sparking conversations on how coordinated efforts can accelerate development. From market infrastructure to road rehabilitation, community welfare, and youth initiatives, the Chamber acknowledges the positive steps taken and looks forward to more collaborative engagements.
As BACCIMA prepares for landmark projects—including its maiden Trade Fair and expanded business development programs—the Chamber is excited to partner with Hon. Babatunde Hunpe’s administration to unlock Badagry’s economic possibilities.

Once again, BACCIMA congratulates Hon. Babatunde Hunpe on reaching this important milestone. We celebrate with you, and we look forward to building a stronger, more prosperous Badagry together.
